Public Version definition

Public Version means the version of a Written Submission, order, decision, or award that has been redacted to remove all Confidential Information.
Public Version means the version of a Written Submission, transcript, order or award that has been redacted to remove all Restricted Access Information and Confidential Information.
Public Version means the version of a Written Submission, procedural or administrative correspondence sent to and received from the Tribunal, order, or award that has been redacted to remove all Confidential Information.
