Public Sources definition

Public Sources means each of Bloomberg Service, Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service, Xxxxxx Monitor Money Rates Services, Dow Xxxxx News Wire, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Asahi Shinbun, Yomiuri Shinbun, Financial Times, La Tribune, Les Echos and The Australian Financial Review (and successor publications), the main source(s) of business news in the Reference Entity and any other internationally recognized published or electronically displayed news sources.
Public Sources means each of Bloomberg Service, Dow Jones Telerate Service, Reuter Monitor Money Rates Services, Dow Jones News Wire, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Asahi Shinbun, Yomiuri Shinbun, Financial Times, La Tribune, Les Echos and The Australian Financial Review (and successor publications), the main source(s) of business news in the country in which a Reference Entity is organized and any other internationally recognized published or electronically displayed news sources.
Public Sources means the information with respect to the Company which is freely and immediately available online from the following public sources:

Examples of Public Sources in a sentence

  • Nonpublic school means any school, church, or religious organization, or home school wherein a resident of Minnesota may legally fulfill the compulsory instruction requirements of Minn. Stat. §120A.22, which is located within the state, and which meets the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000d, et seq.). (Minn. Stat. §123B.41, Subd. 9)

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.
