Company IT Systems means all software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Company IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company.

Company IT Systems shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(qq).

Examples of Company IT Systems in a sentence

The Company IT Systems are adequate for, and operate and perform as required in connection with, the operation of the business of the Company and its subsidiaries as currently conducted, except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

More Definitions of Company IT Systems

Company IT Systems means any and all IT Systems owned, leased, or licensed by any Group Company that are used (or held for use) in or in connection with the business of the Group Companies.
