Public Notes definition

Public Notes means the Notes that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction. As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).
Public Notes. Any Notes that are not Private Notes.
Public Notes means the Senior Secured Notes (2010), the Senior Notes (2012), Senior Subordinated Notes (2013), the Senior Subordinated Notes (2014), the Senior Subordinated Notes (2015) and the Senior Notes (2016), in each case in the amounts outstanding on the Fifth Amendment Effective Date, and any notes evidencing any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness of any of the foregoing.

More Definitions of Public Notes

Public Notes means any of (a) the 9-7/8% Senior Notes, (b) the 10-7/8% Senior Notes, or (c) the Senior Subordinated Notes.
Public Notes means any senior unsecured notes issued by the Borrowers after the Closing Date pursuant to an offering consummated in accordance with the Securities Act of 1933 or pursuant to an offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
