Existing Notes definition

Existing Notes means, collectively, the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes and the Existing Senior Notes.
Existing Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Existing Notes means the Company’s outstanding 6 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013 and the Company’s outstanding 7 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015.

  • The remaining $371,543,000 principal amount of the Existing Notes (excluding the Existing Investor Notes, the “Existing Other Notes”) will remain outstanding and the Existing Investor Notes will be cancelled.

More Definitions of Existing Notes

Existing Notes means the senior notes of the Issuer issued pursuant to the Original Indenture, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Existing Notes means (1) the Existing Unsecured Notes and (2) the Existing Secured Notes.
