Project Share definition

Project Share means the value of a Participant’s total share in the Project, in cash and in kind, as identified in the Budget.
Project Share means for each Party, that Party's share of the total cost of the Project as shown in the Contract.
Project Share of a Party shall mean that Party's share of the total budgeted cost of the Project as shown in the Full Project Proposal.

Project Share. Project Share means for each Party, that Party’s share of the total cost of the Project as set out in the Grant Agreement, unless otherwise agreed by all Parties.
