Project Location definition

Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
Project Location means the area identified by the SPD, comprising village(s), Tehsil(s)/Taluk(s) and District(s) within a State, where the Project is being implemented.
Project Location means an individual Right-of-Way location (typically Street, Alley, Sidewalk, Intersection, or Path) identified to make up a whole Project;

Examples of Project Location in a sentence

  • Title to all or a portion of the Project equipment, supplies and other components of the Construction Work will pass to Manhattan Beach USD upon the earlier of (i) the date payment for such Project equipment, supplies or components is made by Manhattan Beach USD and (ii) the date any such items are incorporated into the Project Location.

  • All employees of Chevron Energy Solutions and Chevron Energy Solutions’ subcontractors performing Work at the Project Location will be paid the per diem prevailing wages for the employee’s job classification in the locality in which the Work is performed, in accordance with the requirements of California Labor Code §1771.

  • Manhattan Beach USD hereby grants to Chevron Energy Solutions, without cost to Chevron Energy Solutions, all rights of ingress and egress at the Project Location, necessary for Chevron Energy Solutions to perform the Work and provide all services contemplated by this Contract.

  • In addition to the progress payments specified in Section 8.01, Chevron Energy Solutions may invoice Manhattan Beach USD for materials purchased in advance and not stored at the Project Location.

  • All persons entering the Project Location, including Manhattan Beach USD and its employees and agents, must follow Chevron Energy Solutions’ safety procedures.
