Within seven (7) calendar days after the period allowed for Union notices of disagreement with the Employer’s proposed assignments, but prior to the commencement of any work, the Employer shall make final assignments in writing with copies sent to the Project Labor Coordinator and Council.
All employees shall comply with the safety regulations established by the MTS, the Project Labor Coordinator, and the Contractor.
