Professional clinical counselor definition

Professional clinical counselor means a counselor licensed by the board to engage in the practice of professional counseling and to engage in the unsupervised diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders and conditions as defined in division (A) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.
