Pricing Agreement means the pricing agreement between the Trust, the Debenture Issuer, and the underwriters designated by the Regular Trustees with respect to the offer and sale of the Preferred Securities.
Pricing Agreement means the pricing catalogue in respect of the Goods/Services provided by the Supplier in terms of this Contract, which has been agreed to by the Parties and uploaded by the Supplier onto the Electronic Ordering Platform;
Pricing Agreement is defined in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

In instances where there exists a conflict between any of the Pricing Agreement described above, this Agreement plus attachments hereto, negotiation records, NMSU’s solicitation documents, and Contractor’s response to the solicitation, in that order, shall control the interpretation of the parties’ respective rights and obligations.
