Preferred Partnership Units definition

Preferred Partnership Units means the preferred partnership units of Acquiror issued to Contributor as part of the Contribution Consideration, and as described and defined in the Acquiror's Second Amended Partnership Agreement.
Preferred Partnership Units means Partnership Units of any class or series thereof that (a) by their terms are entitled to a preference over Common Partnership Units with respect to the payment of distributions, including distributions upon liquidation or (b) have otherwise been designated by the General Partner as ranking senior in right, with respect to voting, redemption or otherwise, to the rights of Common Partnership Units.
Preferred Partnership Units means, collectively, the Series A Preferred Units, the Series B Preferred Units and the Series C Preferred Units.

Preferred Partnership Units means the Class A Units of SLT Realty Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited liability partnership, and the Class A Units and Class B Units of SLC Operating Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited liability partnership.
