Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.
Asset Review means any review of representations and warranties conducted by a Non-Lead Asset Representations Reviewer, as contemplated by Item 1101(m) of Regulation AB.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).
Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.
Applicable Servicing Criteria With respect to the Servicer, the Special Servicer or any Servicing Function Participant, the Servicing Criteria applicable to it, as set forth on Exhibit L attached hereto. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Applicable Servicing Criteria and with respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Servicer or the Special Servicer, the term “Applicable Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Applicable Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be.
Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan. WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not. YOU and YOUR means the subscriber or member enrolled for coverage under this agreement. YOU and YOUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
Asset Representations Review means, following the occurrence of a Delinquency Trigger, the review of ARR Receivables to be undertaken by the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Asset Review Quorum In connection with any solicitation of votes to authorize an Asset Review as described in Section 11.01(a), the Holders of Certificates evidencing at least 5% of the aggregate Voting Rights represented by all of the Certificates.
Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.
Review Receivables means those certain Receivables identified by the Servicer to the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice as not having been paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents at or prior to the date of such Review Notice.
Asset Representations Review Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6(d) of the Indenture.
Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).
Eligible Asset Representations Reviewer means a Person who (i) is not, and is not Affiliated with, the Sponsor, the Depositor, the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee or any of their Affiliates and (ii) was not engaged or Affiliated with a Person that was engaged by the Sponsor or any Underwriter to perform any due diligence on the Receivables prior to the Closing Date.
Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12
