crypto-asset definition

crypto-asset means a digital representation of value or rights which may be transferred and stored electronically, using distributed ledger technology or similar technology;
crypto-asset means Bitcoin, Ether, and anything commonly considered a crypto asset, digital or virtual currency, or digital or virtual token, that are not themselves securities or derivatives;

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document (as such term is defined in the Crypto-Asset Collateral Agreement), in acting hereunder, the Collateral Trustee acts at all times and in all circumstances in accordance with, and with the benefit of the protections set out in, the Collateral Trust Agreement.
