Phase 1 Works definition

Phase 1 Works means the design, development, construction, completion, commissioning (but not the works subject to the Decant and Commissioning Programme) and testing of the Phase 1 Areas at the Site and access thereto from the highway, including the Highway Works and the Services Connections and works required as the result of any Variation to the Phase 1 Areas during the Phase 1 Design and Construct Phase (including the physical assets resulting from the same).
Phase 1 Works means the first phase of the Works and the Project Deliverables during the Works;
Phase 1 Works means the works conducted by the Landlord in respect of the design and construction of the core and shell of the Facility, such that the Facility achieves the TOP;

More Definitions of Phase 1 Works

Phase 1 Works has the meaning given to it in paragraph 19.1(c)(i) of Schedule 6.2 (Great Western Franchise Specific Provisions);
Phase 1 Works means the Water Infrastructure Works required to complete the construction and installation of the Water Treatment Facility at the Temporary Water Facility Site, including all works and infrastructure needed to convey water from the reservoir to theTemporary Water Facility Site, and from the Temporary Water Facility Site to UBID’s water main as part of the Water Infrastructure.(j) “Phase 2 Works” means the Water Infrastructure Works required to complete the construction and installation of the Water Treatment Facility at the Permanent Water Facility Site, including construction of the new permanent reservoir and all other works and infrastructure needed to convey water from Langley Lake to the Permanent Water Facility Site and from the Permanent Water Facility Site to UBID’s water main as part of the Water Infrastructure, as such works may be constructed in stages.Definition (i) and (j) above describe a Phase 1 temporary water treatment plant to be built at the site of the existing UBID water disinfection plant, which is situated on KIP land and leased to UBID, and a Phase 2 water treatment plant to be built at the Permanent Water Facility Site on other lands owned by UBID.(u) “Water Service” means the distribution and supply of potable water from Langley Lake to the Lands for residential and commercial purposes;(y) “Water Supply Infrastructure (Developer)” means the Water Supply Infrastructure the Developer is responsible for to construct under this Agreement, which includes, without limitation:(i) the Water Treatment Facility, the building that houses the Water Treatment Facility at the Temporary Water Facility Site;

Related to Phase 1 Works

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
