PCI--DSS Compliance definition

PCI--DSS Compliance means compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard as promulgated by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Upon the written request of Buc-ee’s, Supplier agrees to provide Buc-ee’s the PCI Attestation of Compliance (“AOC”) letter reflecting the results of Supplier’s most recent annual PCI compliance audit conducted.
