Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard definition

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard means the information security standard, developed by the founding payment brands of the PCI Security Standards Council (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB International) and applicable to organizations that handle payment and/or personal information.
