Payment Network Rules definition

Payment Network Rules means the operating rules, bylaws, schedules, supplements and addenda, manuals, instructions, releases, specifications and other requirements, as may be amended from time to time, of any of the Payment Networks.

Payment Network Rules means (i) the applicable bylaws, rules, bulletins, regulations, documentation and manuals promulgated or adopted by each of the Payment Networks, and (ii) any applicable rule or requirement of NACHA - The Electronic Payments Organization, in each case as such rules, manuals and other items may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Payment Network Rules means rules promulgated from time to time by Visa U.S.A., Inc., Visa International, Inc., or MasterCard International, Inc., including, but not limited to, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), MasterCard’s Site Data Protection Program (SDP) and any other rules of any other credit or debit card issuing company, such as, without limitation, Discover Card, Diner’s Club or American Express.

Examples of Payment Network Rules in a sentence

• To the extent permissible and in compliance with Payment Network Rules, applicable law, and as between the Parties, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx shall retain full ownership of all data submitted by Company and/or Merchant in connection with Merchant’s enrollment for and use of the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Services and hosted or stored on Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx servers, including but not limited to: name, mailing and shipping address, email address, phone number, dollar amount of purchase, type of purchase and description of purchase.

• Charges or credits to Customer’s credit card account will be in accordance with Payment Network Rules and/or any other regulatory body or agency having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof.

• Entries initiated to or from Reseller’s credit card account will be in accordance with Payment Network Rules and/or any other regulatory body or agency having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof.

• Insofar as the terms of this Agreement and/or the Processor Terms are inconsistent with the Payment Network Rules, the Payment Network Rules shall prevail.

• Entries initiated to or from Customer’s depository account will be in accordance with Payment Network Rules (as relevant), the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (CS2) Regulations and Procedures (as relevant) and/or any other regulatory body or agency having jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof.

More Definitions of Payment Network Rules

Payment Network Rules means the rules and operating guidelines of any payment network through which Transfers are processed in connection with the Service, including the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association for automated clearinghouse transfers.

Payment Network Rules means the applicable (i.e., relating to Credit Card issuance and Credit Card acceptance rather than acceptance of credit cards generally, including pursuant to any written agreement between either party and any Payment Network) by-laws and other membership and operating rules of the Payment Network, as amended, waived or otherwise modified by such Payment Network from time to time.

Payment Network Rules means the rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements of a Payment Network as such rules are applicable to Walmart.

Payment Network Rules means the rules and regulations of Payment Networks including but not limited to those of Visa (available here xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx) and those of MasterCard (available here xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/us/wce/PDF/13000_MSP‐Entire_Manual.pdf), including but not limited to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Visa Individual Information Security Program (CISP) and the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program (SDP).

Payment Network Rules means all applicable rules, regulations and operating guidelines issued by the Payment Networks from time to time relating to, inter alia, Transactions, merchants, acquirers including those that may be communicated to the Merchant by JPM and/or posted on Payment Network websites from time to time including:
