EU Directive definition

EU Directive means a directive within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;
EU Directive is defined as the EU Data Protection Directive (also known as Directive 95/46/EC) as amended or replaced from time to time, including without limitation the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU Regulation” or "GDPR").
EU Directive means the Directive 2005/60/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 October 2005 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing.
