Participating agency definition

Participating agency means any LEA, agency or institution that collects, maintains, or uses personally identifiable information, or from which information is obtained, under Part B of the IDEA.
Participating agency means the agency utilizing the established contract.
Participating agency or “Participating Agencies” means the all state boards, and commissions, and any political subdivisions as identified on the RFB cover sheet as Participating Agencies and any other agency that decides to utilize the executed contract.
