Parent Entities definition

Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • This Agreement shall not be assigned by operation of law or otherwise, and any such assignment shall be null and void, except that any or all rights and obligations of Parent and Merger Sub may be assigned to one or more Parent Entities, so long as such assignment does not relieve Parent and Merger Sub of any of its obligations hereunder.
