Group Member definition

Group Member means a member of the Partnership Group.
Group Member means a member of the Company Group.
Group Member is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Participant’s obligations under this Section 5.9 shall be cumulative (but not duplicative) of any similar obligations Participant may have pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement with any Company Group Member.

More Definitions of Group Member
