Examples of Owned Company Intellectual Property in a sentence
To the knowledge of the Company, neither the Company nor its subsidiaries have (i) transferred ownership of, or granted any exclusive license with respect to, any Owned Company Intellectual Property to any other person, or (ii) done any act where such action would cause the rights of any of the Company or its subsidiaries in any Owned Company Intellectual Property that the Company or its subsidiaries intended to keep confidential to enter into the public domain.
To the knowledge of the Company, each of the Company or its subsidiaries, as the case may be, has the sole and exclusive right to bring a claim or suit against a third party for past, present or future infringement of the Owned Company Intellectual Property and to retain for itself any damages recovered in any such action.
