Overdraft Facilities definition

Overdraft Facilities means together the Secured Overdraft Facility and the Unsecured Overdraft Facility; “person” includes an individual, firm, company, corporation and an unincorporated body of persons;
Overdraft Facilities means the Secured Overdraft Facility, the Unsecured Overdraft Facility and the OD Protection;
Overdraft Facilities means any provision of funds to the public sector resulting or likely to result in a debit balance;

More Definitions of Overdraft Facilities

Overdraft Facilities means any overdraft facilities (which may be in sterling or other currencies) provided to the Borrower or any other member of the Borrower's Restricted Group by Overdraft Banks which have signed Overdraft Bank Agreements with the Borrower or, as the case may be, the other member of the Borrower's Restricted Group.
Overdraft Facilities means local lines of credit made available to Foreign Restricted Subsidiaries.
