Outstanding Equity Securities definition

Outstanding Equity Securities means the total number of issued and outstanding Common Shares on a non-diluted basis at any applicable time.
Outstanding Equity Securities means the number of the Company Shares issued and outstanding at a particular time on a fully diluted basis.
Outstanding Equity Securities means the number of the Common Shares issued or outstanding at a particular time on a non-diluted basis. “Parties” has the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals to this Agreement.
