Examples of Other Special Servicer in a sentence
The obligation of any party to this Agreement to deliver any notices, reports or other information to any Other Depositor, Other Servicer, Other Special Servicer, Other Trustee or Other 17g-5 Information Provider shall be effective in each case only to the extent such party to this Agreement has received notice of the identity and contact information of such Other Depositor, Other Servicer, Other Special Servicer, Other Trustee or Other 17g-5 Information Provider, as applicable.
The Certificate Administrator shall notify the Depositor if such Officer’s Certificate has been requested from an Other Master Servicer, Other Special Servicer, Other Trustee, Other Paying Agent or Other Certificate Administrator but has not been delivered within 3 Business Days.
With respect to any Loan Pair, the Master Servicer shall deliver to any related Other Master Servicer, Other Special Servicer and Other Trustee (i) notice of the occurrence of any Appraisal Event in respect of such Loan Pair promptly following its knowledge, or receipt of notice from the Special Servicer, of the occurrence thereof and (ii) a statement of any Appraisal Reduction in respect of such Loan Pair promptly following its receipt from the Special Servicer of the calculation or recalculation thereof.
Any determination that a P&I Advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan by the Master Servicer, any Other Master Servicer, any Other Trustee or any Other Special Servicer may, in all cases, be conclusively relied on by each of the Trustee and the Master Servicer.
No determination by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer that any such P&I Advance is nonrecoverable shall be binding on the Other Master Servicer, the Other Trustee, the Other Special Servicer or the holders of any securities relating to the Non-Serviced Companion Loans or Serviced Companion Loans, as applicable.
