Subservicer definition

Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.
Subservicer. Any Person with whom the Master Servicer has entered into a Subservicing Agreement and who generally satisfied the requirements set forth in the Program Guide in respect of the qualification of a Subservicer as of the date of its approval as a Subservicer by the Master Servicer.

Examples of Subservicer in a sentence

  • Seller shall deliver (or cause the related Servicer or Subservicer to deliver) the Servicing Records and the physical and contractual servicing of each Purchased Asset, to Buyer or its designee upon the termination of Seller or Servicer as the servicer pursuant to Section 42.

  • Neither the Seller nor any Subservicer has waived the performance by the Customer of any action, if the Customer’s failure to perform such action would cause the Mortgage Loan to be in default, and neither the Seller nor any Subservicer has waived any default resulting from any action or inaction by the Customer.

Subservicer. As defined in Section 3.02(a).

Subservicer means any Person that services the Trust Student Loans on behalf of the Administrator, Servicer or Indenture Trustee (as applicable) and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through other Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Administrator, Servicer or Indenture Trustee (as applicable) that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.
