Organization Certificate definition

Organization Certificate means a certificate issued to an entity other than a natural person for a period of three years.
Organization Certificate means, (a) with respect to any corporation, its articles or certificate of incorporation, (b) with respect of any company incorporated in England or Wales, its certificate of incorporation, (c) with respect to any limited liability company or other similar entity, its certificate of formation or organization, (d) with respect to any limited partnership, its certificate of limited partnership, and (e) with respect to any other entity, any certificate or other document similar in nature to any of the foregoing.
Organization Certificate means the restated organization certificate, as amended from time to time, of the Bank.

Organization Certificate means the initial organization certificate of the Bank, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Organization Certificate with respect to a Constituent Bank or the Continuing Bank, means the organization certificate of such bank as endorsed by the FHFA.
Organization Certificate means with respect to any Person, the articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws or other organizational documents. Person means an individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association, trust or other entity or organization, including a government or political subdivision or an agency or instrumentality thereof. Pro Forma Balance Sheet has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.05.

  • Option Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing an Option;
