Onward Transfer definition

Onward Transfer means the onward transfer of Personal Data previously exported pursuant either to a Relevant Transfer or to a transfer into the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, in each case:
Onward Transfer means the transfer of personal data by a receiving Authority to a third party in another country who is not an Authority participating in this Arrangement and when that transfer is not covered by an adequacy decision from the European Commission;
Onward Transfer means a transfer by an Importing Entity to a third party located outside Europe (in the same country as the Importing Entity or in another third country);
