Online Statements definition

Online Statements has the meaning set forth in Section II.F.1.(vi) above. “Payment Instruction” is the information provided by you to us for a Xxxx Payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).
Online Statements means the CBC account and loan statements and notices you select to receive electronically via this e- Statement Service. The term “Agreement and Disclosure” means this e-Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure. CBC Federal Credit Union’s e-Statement Service allows us to deliver to you and for you to access your periodic Account Statements, Tax Statements and other Notices (collectively referred to herein as “Online Statements”) electronically online, and eliminates the need for the paper document to be sent to you by us via U.S. mail. By the Statement Preference selections you make, you will receive your Online Statements electronically through our e-Statement Service, or sent to you in paper form via the U.S. mail, or both. With e-Statements, we will send you an email informing you that your Online Statements is/are available to you through secure login to our Online Banking website. Not only will your current Online Statement be available, but we will store the last 18 months of your Online Statements online so you have access to them anytime you need them. Online Banking Access to e-Statement Service and Online Statements: You must register for our Online Banking service in order to enroll in the e-Statement Service and gain access to your Online Statements. Therefore, the terms and conditions of the CBC Federal Credit Union Online Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure are incorporated herein and also apply to the e-Statement Service. Consent and Electronic Delivery of e-Statement Service Agreement and Disclosure: By checking the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions...” box and clicking on the “Confirm” button, or by checking the box “Yes, deliver my statements to me electronically” in connection with our online membership and new account application process, you enroll in the e-Statement Service, affirmatively consent to conduct business electronically with CBC Federal Credit Union in connection with this e- Statement Service, agree to the electronic delivery of this Agreement and Disclosure, and understand and agree that paper (non-electronic) copies of the Agreement and Disclosures are available from us upon request (see the “Obtaining Paper Copies” section below).
Online Statements means the electronic versions of your deposit account statements or GPR Card transaction histories, as applicable, that are made available to you through the Online Statements Service described in this Agreement.

Examples of Online Statements in a sentence

  • Be a member for more than 10 years • Have $500 or more in combined deposits (average daily balance on deposits) • Have an active checking account (direct deposit into a checking account and Online Statements) • Have a current loan • Have a paid-off loan (after 2018) • Be under the age of 25 • Have a portfolio with Rogue Investment Services If at least one of the above options are not met after three months of membership, a $5 Participation Fee will be deducted monthly from your account.

  • These obligations and responsibilities are applicable to your examination and review of the Online Statements.

  • The agreements and disclosures governing your Online Statements Accounts with us describe your obligations and responsibilities with respect to timely examining your periodic account statements or transaction histories and reporting errors and discrepancies to us.

  • In any event, you may at any time activate the Online Statements Service for any such Online Statements Account if we have not activated it.

  • Cancellation of Online Statements may therefore result in the modification of terms and features of such products and services or in the conversion of such products and services to different products and services.

  • We reserve the right, but we do not have an obligation, at any time to automatically activate the Online Statements Service for these Online Statements Accounts if and when we are able to overcome or correct such technical limitations and circumstances.

  • Upon activation of the Online Statements Service for an Online Statements Account, any mailed, paper statements (including any cancelled checks or check images, as applicable) that you were receiving for that account will be discontinued, and all subsequent periodic statements for the account will be furnished electronically.

  • However, technical limitations and specific circumstances may in some cases prevent Online Statements activation for some or all of your Online Statements Accounts.

  • Certain changes to your Online Statements Accounts (e.g., removing your name from the account) also may have the effect of cancelling Online Statements for such accounts.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Online Statements Service provides you with an electronic version of your eligible Service Account statements or transaction histories that you may view, save to your Device and/or print at your convenience.


More Definitions of Online Statements

Online Statements means the statements for each of my accounts or credit cards accessible to me through Internet Banking.
Online Statements means the electronic versions of your deposit account statements that are made available to you through the Online Statements Service described in this Agreement. "Password" means a personal or secret code or personal identification number (PIN) selected by you or issued to you by us, as the case may be, that will be used to obtain access to the Services. The term includes any additional access numbers, words, or codes required by the applications or equipment that you use in connection with the Services or that are otherwise established by you.
Online Statements means the statements for each of Accounts or credit cards accessible to the through RepublicOnline. This section governs your relationship with Republic Bank in relation to your access to Online Statements.
Online Statements means the electronic versions of your deposit account statements that are made available to you through the Online Statements Service described in this Agreement.
Online Statements means periodic bank statements provided by the Bank thought the Online Banking Services or by email. The word “Online Banking Services” means Amerant Online BankingSM, Amerant TreasuryConnectSM and the applications for portable devices Amerant MobileSM and Mobile Check Deposit. The term “Transfer-Related Disclosures and Communications” means disclosures, notices, and other communications associated with funds transfers or related to your funds transfer agreement with the Bank.
Online Statements means periodic bank statements provided by the Bank through Online Banking, Mobile Banking or any other delivery method.

Related to Online Statements

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Interim Statements means the quarterly financial statement of any insurance company as required to be filed with the Department, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith, prepared in conformity with SAP. References to amounts on particular exhibits, schedules, lines, pages and columns of such interim statements are based on the formats promulgated by the NAIC for 2012 interim statements for the applicable type of insurance company. If such format is changed in future years so that different information is contained in such terms or they no longer exist, it is understood that the reference is to information consistent with that recorded in the referenced item in the 2012 interim statement of the insurance company.

  • Operating Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.1 hereof.

  • Billing Statement means the billing statement for your Account.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Auditor’s Report means the auditor’s report on the Financial Report; “AEDT” means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

  • Listing Statement means the listing statement of the Acquiror in accordance with requirements of the CSE in respect of the Transaction;

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Filing Statements is defined in Section 5.1.13.

  • insider report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.

  • Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Subscriber Reports means the monthly Subscriber reports to be provided by Affiliate to the Authorized Representative in terms of Clause 11 of this Agreement.

  • Audited Statements means the Consolidated balance sheets of the Borrower as at December 31, 2009, and the related Consolidated statements of income and cash flows of the Borrower for the fiscal year then ended, accompanied by the opinion thereon of the Borrower’s independent public accountants.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, any and all of the Company’s privacy statements and policies published on Company websites or products or otherwise made available by the Company regarding the collection, retention, use and distribution of the personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, from visitors or users of any Company websites or products (“Individuals”);

  • Cash Flow Statement means, with respect to any particular Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations, an Authority Certificate (a) setting forth, for the then current and each future Bond Year during which such Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations will be Outstanding, and taking into account (i) any such Bonds expected to be issued or redeemed or purchased for cancellation in each such Bond Year upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (for which purpose, if such Authority Certificate is delivered as of a date prior to a scheduled mandatory tender date for any Adjustable Rate Bonds, the Purchase Price of all such Adjustable Rate Bonds subject to mandatory tender on such tender date shall be assumed to be due and payable on such mandatory tender date), (ii) any such Auxiliary Obligations expected to be incurred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (iii) the interest rate, purchase price, discount points and other terms of any Related Mortgage Loans, and (iv) the application, withdrawal or transfer of any moneys expected to be applied, withdrawn or transferred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate:

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Form, fit, and function data means technical data that describes the required overall physical, functional, and performance characteristics (along with the qualification requirements, if applicable) of an item, component, or process to the extent necessary to permit identification of physically and functionally interchangeable items.

  • Accounting Statement means for each financial year, the following statements, namely-

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.
