On-Site Obligations. If Red Hat personnel are working on Client’s premises (a) Client will provide a safe and secure working environment for Red Hat personnel, and (b) Red Hat will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Client’s employees, of which Red Hat is notified in writing by Client in advance.

If Telestax personnel are working on Client’s premises (a) Client will provide a safe and secure working environment for Telestax personnel, and (b) Telestax will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Client’s employees, of which Telestax is notified in writing by Client in advance.

If Hyland personnel are working on Customer’s premises (a) Customer will provide a reasonably safe and secure working environment for Hyland personnel, and (b) Hyland will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Customer’s employees, of which Hyland is notified in writing by Customer in advance.
On-Site Obligations. 1. The professional duties of unit members require both on-site and off-site hours of work, and the total time necessary to perform all professional duties will vary from day to day and from unit member to unit member. However, the normal scheduled on-site obligation shall not exceed the following: Elementary Teachers (PS, TK, and K)* 7 hrs. and 10 min., including half-hour lunch Secondary Teachers 7 hrs. and 40 min., including half-hour lunch School Librarians 8 hrs., including half-hour lunch School Nurses 7 hrs. and 40 min., including half-hour lunch Counselors 8 hrs., excluding half-hour lunch Program Specialists 8 hrs., excluding half hour lunch Elementary Music Teachers 7 hrs. and 40 min., including half-hour lunch (annualized) The following teachers shall observe the normal scheduled on-site obligation of elementary or secondary teachers listed above: Special Education Teachers Speech/Language Hearing Teachers * The 6th grade teachers at Los Osos Middle School will follow the contract language for secondary teachers.

If Alfresco personnel are working on Company’s premises (a) Company will provide a safe and secure working environment for Alfresco personnel, and (b) Alfresco will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Company’s employees, of which Alfresco is notified in writing by Company in advance.

Where the APEX Service requires on-site performance, Customer will provide (at no cost to Dell) free, safe and sufficient access to Customer's facilities and the Devices, including ample working space, electricity, and a local telephone line. A monitor or display, a mouse (or pointing device), and a keyboard must also be provided (at no cost to Dell), if the product does not already include these items.

Sufficient access includes ample working space, electricity, and a local telephone line.
