NYISO Tariffs definition

NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Article 11.6 of this Agreement, no Party shall be liable to another Party for any action it takes in responding to an Emergency State so long as such action is made in good faith and is consistent with Good Utility Practice and the NYISO Tariffs.

More Definitions of NYISO Tariffs

NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Services Tariff and any successors thereto.

NYISO Tariffs means the ISO OATT and ISO Services Tariff. NYSRC shall mean the New York State Reliability Council or its successor organization. Other Interfaces shall mean the following interfaces into Capacity Regions: Lower Xxxxxx Valley [i.e., Rest of State (Load Zones A-F) to Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I)]; New York City [i.e., Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I) to New York City (Load Zone J)]; and Long Island [i.e., Lower Xxxxxx Valley (Load Zones G, H and I) to Long Island (Load Zone K)], and the following Interfaces between the NYCA and adjacent Control Areas: PJM to NYISO, ISO-NE to NYISO, Hydro-Quebec to NYISO, and Norwalk Harbor (Connecticut) to Northport (Long Island) Cable. Party or Parties shall mean NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, or Interconnection CustomerDeveloper or any combination of the above.
NYISO Tariffs. The tariffs of the NYISO, including the NYISO OATT, as such tariffs are amended and in effect from time to time.

Related to NYISO Tariffs

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • NYISO means the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.

  • CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.

  • Tariffs means the published fares, charges and/or related Conditions of Carriage of an airline filed, where required, with the appropriate authorities.

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).

  • Tariff Shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement;

  • Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.

  • Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
