Outside of the school setting means at a location, activity or program that is not school related, or through the use of an electronic device or a mobile electronic device that is not owned, leased or used by a local or regional board of education.
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Notice means notice in writing;
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Second Notice means notice to the Class in a form to be approved by the Court, which shall substantially be in accordance with the notice at Schedule “E”.
Written Notice means a notice or communication in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly served if delivered in persons to the individual or to a member of the contractors firm or to an office of the company for whom it is intended, or if delivered at or sent by registered mail to the last business address known to him who gives the notice.
Due notice means notice published at least twice, with an interval of at least six days between the two publication dates, in a newspaper or other publication of general circulation within the appropriate area; or, if no such publication of general circulation be available, by posting at a reasonable number of conspicuous places within the appropriate area, suchposting to include, where possible, posting at public places where it may be customary to post notices concerning county or municipal affairs generally. At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Address of the Society means the address of the Society as filed from time to time with the Registrar in the Notice of Address;
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Notice of Breach means a written notice delivered to the other party within the time period required under the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason,” as applicable, that (a) indicates, as applicable, the specific provision in this Agreement that the party contends the other party has breached or the specific clause of the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason” that the party alleges to exist, and (b) to the extent applicable, sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances Executive or the Company, as applicable, claims provide the basis for such breach or other condition.
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Notice of Disagreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
