Disagreement Notice definition

Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).

• If the Indemnitor timely provides a Disagreement Notice to the Indemnitee, representatives of each Party shall meet promptly and attempt in good faith to resolve any differences.
