Notice to Pay definition

Notice to Pay means, in respect of the Guarantor, a notice duly given to it accordance with Condition 7.01 of Schedule 1 to the Trust Deed and in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 to the Trust Deed;

Examples of Notice to Pay in a sentence

  • The imposition of liquidated damages in the above circumstances shall not prevent the University from serving a future Notice to Pay rent/Perform Covenant or Quit and /or serving a Summons of Complaint for unlawful detainer.

  • Payment Notice has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.06(c).
