Notice of Change definition

Notice of Change means this notice of change to directors’ circular;
Notice of Change of Control shall be given to the Executive by the Company pursuant to Section 21, provided, however, that the Executive, in his discretion, may accept as notice filing with the SEC of reports setting forth facts that, taken together, constitute Change of Control.
Notice of Change or "NOC" shall mean the notice of change that is required by the TPDES General Permit related to storm water discharges associated with industrial activity.
