Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
Normal cost means the annual cost attributable, under the actuarial cost method in use, to current and future years as of a particular valuation date, excluding any payment in respect of an unfunded actuarial liability.
Normal Fare means the highest priced fare established for a first, business or economy class service during the period of applicability.
Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.
Capital Appreciation Bonds means Bonds issued under this Master Indenture and any Supplemental Indenture as to which interest is compounded periodically on each of the applicable periodic dates designated for compounding and payable in an amount equal to the then-current Accreted Value only at the maturity or earlier redemption thereof, all as so designated in a Supplemental Indenture of the Issuer providing for the issuance thereof.
Senior Non Preferred Liabilities means any unsubordinated and unsecured senior non preferred obligations (créditos ordinarios no preferentes) of Banco Santander under Additional Provision 14.2º of Law 11/2015 (including any senior non preferred debt securities) and any other obligations which, by law and/or by their terms, and to the extent permitted by Spanish law, rank pari passu with the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities.
Thermal efficiency means the useful electric energy output of a

Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Consolidated Current Liabilities means, as at any date of determination, the consolidated current liabilities of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries that may property be classified as current liabilities in conformity with GAAP, excluding, without duplication, the current portion of any long-term Indebtedness.
Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.
