No Shows definition

No Shows are Residents who (1) do not check in on the Effective Date or (2) fail to pre-notify the Owner of a planned late arrival within 48 hours of the Effective Date of the contract. "No Shows" who have been released from UCR student status will fall under the established campus refund schedule available in the UCR General Catalog. A "No Show" who is a registered student at UCR shall remain obligated to this full contractual agreement and will fall under the Cancellation Charge Schedule below. The Owner may seek a replacement resident 48 hours following the Effective Date of this Contract. Liquidated damages will be assessed.
No Shows means the result of an interpreter not keeping an appointment or the requesting end user failing to cancel the appointment.

More Definitions of No Shows

No Shows. A “no show” is defined as a routed student not appearing at the pickup point and not transported that day. After four days of consecutive student “no shows”, the contractor(s) must do the following: notify MPS, consider the service cancelled for that student, and discontinue services unless or until the service for that student is reauthorized by MPS.
No Shows means any Camper who fails to cancel his Reservation and Check-In before 12:00 p.m. on the day following the Check-in Date;
No Shows means the non-arrival of the Internet User at Your property on the scheduled date of arrival.
No Shows. A Resident who does not check into his housing by 5 pm on the first day of class of any semester for which this Agreement is in effect will be considered a “No Show.” Residential Life has the right to reassign the Resident to another room should he arrive at a later date. Cancellation: Residents requesting to cancel their Agreement must submit a written request to Residential Life. Requests for reasons not outlined in sections A, B, and C below will be reviewed to determine if a release from the Agreement is to be granted.
No Shows. Each student who has not checked into the assigned residence hall by 10:00 PM of the last official check in date, or has not emailed the Residence Life and Housing Office (xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx) to guarantee a late arrival will be declared a no-show and the space will be released for assignment to another student. Breach of agreement penalties will apply to No Show residents. However, if student reapplies for Housing and receives a housing assignment within the same semester, the said student will not be penalized for being a no-show student. Penalty releases will not apply to future semesters and the student will be require to repay the enrollment/reservation fee upon reapplication for future semesters.

No Shows. In FUSD a “no show” is defined as a student with an approved SES agreement but who has not attended any scheduled tutoring sessions. If a student does not show for the first tutoring session, the vendor should contact the parents and remind them of the tutoring schedule and encourage them to have their child attend; if the student does not show for the second tutoring session, the vendor should contact the parents and inform them that if the student misses a third time, the student will be dropped due to non-participation. FUSD does not render payments for “No Shows”.
