New Software definition

New Software means any versions of the Software delivered to Distributor ------------ by Primus other than the Initial Software.
New Software means a software that has been ordered or for which binding contracts have been signed after the entry into force of this Regulation;
New Software means any versions of the Software delivered to Licensee by Xxxxxx XX pursuant to the Support and Maintenance Agreement. New Software does not include Initial Software.

More Definitions of New Software

New Software means the software being developed or customised by the Company for the Customer, preliminary details of which are set out in Schedule A, including any enhancements and modifications made;
New Software means new, separate software compatible with the Software that CGI Federal, in its sole opinion, does not deem to be an Update of the Software.

New Software. PRODUCT as referred to in Article 10 means an Application Software Product initially licensed to Ordering Company after execution of this Agreement.
New Software means new Executable Code, new modules and new Applications which would allow the Licensee to perform significant functions not listed in the Specifications. By way of example, an Application that allowed the Licensee to evaluate the quality of care members are receiving would be considered New Software. New Software is not enhancements, modifications and new versions of QMACS(TM) software.
