New Factory definition

New Factory means a new cigarette factory to be located at Kashirskoye Shosse, Moscow, Russian Federation, to be constructed by LD Tobacco.
New Factory means a factory in which the manufacturing process is commenced at any time after the commencement of this Act;
New Factory means the new factory buildings at the Guarantor’s site at Dadford Road, Silverstone that will partly replace, augment and expand on the incumbent AMC F1 factory buildings.
