Adjustment Factor definition

Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund. See “—Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating to the Fund; Alternate Calculation —Anti-dilution Adjustments” below.

More Definitions of Adjustment Factor

Adjustment Factor means the factor calculated in accordance with paragraph 2.7.2;
Adjustment Factor means the cost of living adjustment factor prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury under Section 415(d) of the Code, as applied to such items and in such manner as the Secretary shall provide.

Adjustment Factor has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(a)(9).
