New Client definition

New Client means a Person who becomes an Advisory Client during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Closing.
New Client means a person who became a Client during the Contest Registration Period.
New Client means a Client which is not a Client on the Base Date but becomes a Client during the period commencing after the Base Date and ending on the date on which the Closing Date 2019 Pro Forma Revenue is calculated.

  • The terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to apply to the New Client as of the commencement of the Services by the Service Provider with respect to such New Client.

More Definitions of New Client

New Client means any Person (other than Seller or any of its Affiliates) that becomes an Advisory Client after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Closing.

New Client means any Client for whom the Company Entities first enter into an Investment Advisory Agreement for the provision of investment management or Investment Advisory Services following the Base Date and prior to the Closing.

New Client means an individual or an entity who has completed the HiFX account application process by way of submission of a hard-copy, emailed or online Client application form which makes reference to the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code, or by way of registration as a New Client within 35 days of the Potential Client linking to the HiFX, Currency Online or XE websites via a Qualifying Link.
New Client means any entity to which Splash is not currently providing the Services, or is not currently engaged in a direct sales capacity for such client, that was identified as a new business opportunity and given to Splash from the Referral Agent.
New Client has the meaning set forth in Section 7(b).
