Net Investment Losses definition

Net Investment Losses means, with respect to the Collection Account and the Reserve Account and any Collection Period, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of all losses and expenses incurred during such period in connection with the investment of funds in Eligible Investments in accordance with Section 5.01(d) exceeds the aggregate of all interest and other income realized during such period on such funds.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.
