Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.

Net Investment at any time means (a) the cash amounts paid to the SPV pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 2.3, together with the amount of any funding under a Program Support Agreement allocated to the Interest Component at the time of such funding less (b) the aggregate amount of Collections theretofore received and applied by the Agent to reduce such Net Investment pursuant to Section 2.12; provided that the Net Investment shall be restored and reinstated in the amount of any Collections so received and applied if at any time the distribution of such Collections is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason; and provided further that the Net Investment shall be increased by the amount described in Section 3.1(b) as described therein.

Net Investment means the sum of the cash amounts paid to the Transferor by the Purchasers for all Incremental Transfers minus the aggregate amount of Collections received and applied by the Administrative Agent to reduce such Net Investment pursuant to Section 2.05, 2.06 or 2.10 of the Receivables Transfer Agreement; provided that the Net Investment shall be restored and reinstated in the amount of any Collections so received and applied if, at any time, the distribution of such Collections is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason.

More Definitions of Net Investment

Net Investment means the principal amount of Securities purchased, minus principal payments received on the Securities.

Net Investment with respect to a Lease, means the present value of the sum of (i) Scheduled Payments due thereunder and (ii) the residual payment amount at the end of the Lease term, discounted at the Implicit Interest Rate for such Lease.
