Monthly Recurring Charge definition

Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

Monthly Recurring Charge refers to the sum that the Requesting Licensee shall pay for the service on a monthly basis computed from the beginning of the month as specified in Schedule 15;

Monthly Recurring Charge means the recurring monthly amount charged by the Service Provider to the Customer for the Services;

Examples of Monthly Recurring Charge in a sentence

• A Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) is billed each month in advance and applies to each line presubscribed to the Company’s Business Unlimited Long Distance Service.

• The maximum total amount of Service Credits that Customer may be eligible in a particular month for Cloud Console Service Degradation, Cloud Platform Degradations or Disaster Recovery Service Degradations, shall be limited to 50% of the Customer’s Monthly Recurring Charge for Cloud for the respective month.

• For each day during which a Disaster Recovery Service Degradation occurs, Customer shall be eligible to receive a Service Credit (the “Disaster Recovery Service Availability Credit”) equal to 1/30th of the Monthly Recurring Charge for Disaster Recovery Service.

• The Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) for Frontier Digital Phone Silver Service is billed in advance.

• Calls to the destinations other than those listed as included above are not included in the Monthly Recurring Charge.

More Definitions of Monthly Recurring Charge

Monthly Recurring Charge means the monthly charges for the Services as set out in the applicable COF;

Monthly Recurring Charge means either the per month recurring charge or if the recurring charge is stated other than on a per month basis, to divide the recurring charge by the requisite number of months to derive the per month recurring charge. As an example, if the recurring charge of RM3000 is on a quarterly basis, then the per month recurring charge is RM3,000 divided by 3;

Monthly Recurring Charge means the monthly charges for the Services as set out in the applicable SA;

Monthly Recurring Charge means monthly access/usage rate, end user common line charge, and tariffed vertical services.

Monthly Recurring Charge means the fixed recurring charge for the services, exclusive of any variable charges;

Monthly Recurring Charge or "MRC" Means, if applicable under the Specific Terms, the charges set out in the Order as payable on a recurring basis for the provision of the Service pursuant to such Order.

Monthly Recurring Charge means a fixed monthly charge set out in Our Price List, which We charge You for the Service provided under this Agreement.
