Month End Date definition

Month End Date means the last day of each calendar month.

Month End Date means the last day of each fiscal month.

• If the monthly average of Excess Availability (calculated using Excess Availability at the end of each day), calculated for each month on the Month End Date, based on the Borrowing Base Certificate then most recently delivered, for two consecutive months is less than 50%, the Administrative Agent may notify the Borrower in writing.

More Definitions of Month End Date

Month End Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04.

Month End Date means the date of a calendar month that has the same numerical value as the date on which a Plan Year ends (i.e., if a Plan Year ends on April 12th, the Month End Date with respect to any calendar month is the 12th of such month.)

Month End Date means the last day of each fiscal month of Arrow set forth on Schedule 2 (Arrow Fiscal Calendar) hereto.
