Event Date definition

Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

• The conversion right may be exercised at any time and from time to time following the Triggering Event Date by notice in writing delivered to the Company accompanied by the certificate or certificates representing the Exchangeable Shares or, if uncertificated, such other evidence of ownership as the Company may require, in respect of which the holder wishes to exercise the right of conversion.
