MLS Service definition

MLS Service means the services SCAOR provides to Subscriber under this Agreement and similar services SCAOR provides to third parties under similar agreements, including any access or license to the MLS Software, the MLS Database, and the MLS System.
MLS Service means the systems and services, training, data services, compliance and support provided by Company which make up the Company’s MLS option for the reals estate industry.

Examples of MLS Service in a sentence

  • For example, if a Player turns twenty four (24) during 2016, and earned MLS Service Years in the 2014 and 2015 League Seasons, the option limitation would apply to any SPA signed the first year of which is the 2016 or later League Season.

  • For Players who are at least twenty-four (24) years of age and have at least two (2) MLS Service Years, MLS may not include more than two (2) unilateral options in any Player’s SPA, and such options, in the aggregate, may extend the SPA for no more than two (2) years.

  • In the event that Bright MLS identifies misuse or unauthorized use of the Bright MLS Service or of Listing Content submitted by Subscriber, Bright MLS may notify Subscriber and pursue an enforcement action in the name of Subscriber.

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement and the ONEKEY™ MLS Policies, Participant shall not copy, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, or display the ONEKEY™ MLS Service or any part of it, except the Participant Contribution.

  • Participant shall acquire and maintain all personal computers, modems, data connections, and computer software, other than the ONEKEY™ MLS Software, necessary for Participant’s use of the ONEKEY™ MLS Service.

  • You may use the Bright MLS Service solely for the purpose of valuation of real estate.

  • Bright MLS may use, distribute, reproduce, display, adapt, create derivatives of, perform, and distribute the Bright MLS Content, through and in connection with the Bright MLS Service in any form or manner and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers.

  • STELLAR MLS may, but is not required to, modify the STELLAR MLS Service, including removing information and making additional information available, and adding and removing system functions.

  • Bright MLS may at any time, without notice, and on reasonable grounds, deny (temporarily or permanently) Subscriber’s access to the Bright MLS Service or an Authorized Feed to enforce the terms of this Agreement, to protect its name and goodwill, its business, or other Subscribers.

  • You may use the Bright MLS Service solely for the purposes of listing, renting, and selling real property on behalf of buyers and sellers.

  • Bus Service means regularly scheduled public transit service operating with limited stops using a fixed route.

  • Gas service means the provision of gas service to customers. The gas provided shall be a service and shall not constitute goods for any purpose. Main and Service Extension Related Terms

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Continuous Service means that the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted or terminated. A change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate as an Employee, Consultant or Director or a change in the entity for which the Participant renders such service, provided that there is no interruption or termination of the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, will not terminate a Participant’s Continuous Service; provided, however, that if the Entity for which a Participant is rendering services ceases to qualify as an Affiliate, as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion, such Participant’s Continuous Service will be considered to have terminated on the date such Entity ceases to qualify as an Affiliate. To the extent permitted by law, the Board or the chief executive officer of the Company, in that party’s sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Service will be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board or chief executive officer, including sick leave, military leave or any other personal leave, or (ii) transfers between the Company, an Affiliate, or their successors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a leave of absence will be treated as Continuous Service for purposes of vesting in an Award only to such extent as may be provided in the Company’s leave of absence policy, in the written terms of any leave of absence agreement or policy applicable to the Participant, or as otherwise required by law.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.

  • Continuous Service Status means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee or Consultant. Continuous Service Status as an Employee or Consultant shall not be considered interrupted in the case of: (i) sick leave; (ii) military leave; (iii) any other leave of absence approved by the Administrator, provided that such leave is for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, unless reemployment upon the expiration of such leave is guaranteed by contract or statute, or unless provided otherwise pursuant to Company policy adopted from time to time; or (iv) in the case of transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, its Parents, Subsidiaries, Affiliates or their respective successors. A change in status from an Employee to a Consultant or from a Consultant to an Employee will not constitute an interruption of Continuous Service Status.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Fixed wireless service means a telecommunications service that provides radio communication between fixed points.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • Toll Free Service means service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes Toll Free, i.e., 800-like, service processing. Toll Free Service currently includes calls to the Toll Free Service 800/888/877/866 NPA SAC codes. “Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is VoIP-PSTN Traffic that physically originates and terminates in different Local Calling Areas as determined by the Commission.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;
