Miscellaneous Costs definition

Miscellaneous Costs means any costs associated with implementation of the Act except costs for drug testing;
Miscellaneous Costs means those amounts payable by MSD to the Provider for certain miscellaneous costs as set out in the Key Terms; Parties means MSD and the Provider; Property means a property listed in Schedule 3 that is made available by the Provider for the provision of short-term transitional housing pursuant to this Agreement, and Properties means all of them; Relationship Agreement means the Relationship Agreement between the Parties identified in the Key Terms;
Miscellaneous Costs mean all other reasonable and documented costs, fees and expenses that are incurred by the Company in the provision of the Services and its performance under this Agreement, and includes such costs, fees or expenses that are charged to the Company but should or would otherwise be charged to the Service Recipient, including any costs incurred by the Service Recipient and charged to the Company. The Miscellaneous Costs will be allocated on a reasonable standard basis or otherwise in accordance with the Service Recipient’s internal policies.

Miscellaneous Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Miscellaneous Costs. As shown in the Project Budget Sheet Summary (Exhibit A), SDWLP funding in the amount of $12,623 is included in the Miscellaneous category for: Safe Drinking Water Assistance - $8,000 Water Quality Lab Testing * - $3,732 DNR High Cap Well Fee- $500 PSC CA Assessment - $391 Each construction-related item, denoted by an asterisk (*), will require review and approval by the regional Construction Management Engineer (CME) prior to reimbursement from the SDWLP. The municipality must provide the CME with a copy of the vendor’s invoice, procurement method used and applicable state documentation. When the CME has determined eligibility and given approval, the municipality may request reimbursement from the SDWLP.
Miscellaneous Costs means the inventory carrying costs, the Facility improvements/hardware costs and startup costs for each Contract Year (or Partial Contract Year).
Miscellaneous Costs means all Operating Costs other than Utility Costs and Insurance Costs. Miscellaneous Costs means any prudent and necessary gas costs in- curred by Columbia in the provision of CHOICE and SCO service ap- proved by the Commission.
