Relationship Agreement. On the NESR Closing Date, Olayan and NESR shall enter into that certain Relationship Agreement, in the agreed form attached as Exhibit A (Relationship Agreement), pursuant to which, as of the NESR Closing Date, and in accordance with the terms set forth therein, (i) Olayan shall have the right to nominate one director to the board of NESR and (ii) Olayan shall be restricted from transferring the Lock- Up Shares for a period of six (6) months following the NESR Closing Date (the “Lock-Up”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Non Lock-Up Shares shall not be subject to the Lock-Up.
Relationship Agreement. Express One on one hand, and Xxxxxx.xxx, Auctane, and ShipWorks, on the other hand, have concurrently executed a Relationship Agreement of even date herewith (the “Relationship Agreement”). The Parties acknowledge and agree that no default or breach under the Relationship Agreement shall be a breach of this Settlement Agreement.
Relationship Agreement. This Note is delivered under a certain Relationship Agreement between the Payor IPNI and the Payee PictureTel effective September 22, 1997 (the "Relationship Agreement").

Relationship Agreement. Section 9 of that certain Relationship Agreement by and between the Company and Rights Holder as successor in interest to Intrexon Corporation dated as of December 5, 2012 (the “Relationship Agreement”) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Relationship Agreement. If the parties have entered into a period contract under which Qantas will purchase goods or services from the Supplier from time to time, the terms of that period contract govern the overall relationship of the parties in respect of this Agreement but this Agreement prevails over that period contract to the extent of any inconsistency.
