Minister of State definition

Minister of State means a Minister of State or Senior Minister of State assisting the Minister on matters within the purposes of this Act;
Minister of State means a person appointed under section 1 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 to be a Minister of State;
Minister of State or “Minister” shall mean one of the King’s Ministers of State for the Commonwealth:
